Call your GP and get an appointment with them xx
I wouldn't count on symptoms much, as sadly a lot of condition has same symptoms like pregnancy. It's impossible to confirm a pregnancy with symptoms and missing AF. Chances are high that you might be pregnant but only a test can confirm that. If you have access to a GP (free checkup) take an appointment and maybe they will get you an HPT.

Your local doctor would be able to take a blood test or urine sample for you x
Your local Gorverment Centers would be able to do the text for you
