Pregnant on the Implant?

Hi there, I have had the implant in for a year and a half now and there has been no problems with it however for the past 5 weeks my boobs have been in agony where I literally cant touch them, the veins are becoming more visible, the nipples are darker and one has leaked. Apart from that I am constantly feeling sick and have been sick a couple of times, I cant look at alcohol without my stomach doing summer saults. I am really bloated and when I breathe in my stomach doesn't seem to go any where and constantly tired. I have took a few tests where they have all came back negative however I have been to the doctor where they have took blood tests so just waiting on the results, I was just wondering has anyone ever been pregnant on the implant? I know it is known to be the best contraception but I just don't feel right.
