Blocked milk duct?

Hi, I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby and my husband felt a lump in one of breasts. Could it be a blocked milk duct? It was very slightly tender when he pushed it, like when you poke a bruise!

It could be anything - best is to go and have it checked out!

I am 34 weeks now and always had lumpy breasts - also now 😞 I don't understand what is what. I had checked them out - had ultrasound done and liquid extracted - all fine (cluster of fat tissue) but still 2 distinguishing lumps in my breasts that are mildly tender when push on them.x
