Left my Pill pack

Hello,

I am currently at home from university but realised I left my next pill pack there. I have three more pills of my current pack and then my 7 day break before I am meant to start my next pack however by the time I get back to univeristy I will have missed 6 pills. I was wondering if anyone knows what I need to do in this situation?

Thanks

Hi There,

It's best to find a local contraceptive/sexual health clinic near to home:- nhs.uk/Service-Search/Sexua... use this link to find one. They often have drop-in sessions (especially if you are under 25) so no appointment necessary. They will do a short consultation with you, then give you a supply of your usual pill. If you are still on your 7 day break there should be no problem, but they would cover any extra precautions you might need.

Best Wishes

Jules
