Hi There,

It might be best to chat through your meds with your GP first rather than stop anything and risk your health. Any pre-pregnancy multi-vitamin that contains folic acid is suitable to help you prepare, a healthy balanced diet, rest, relaxation and have regular sex (and fun). good luck, but do have a chat with your GP.

Best Wishes

Jules
