I wouldn't worry about miscarrying until it happens. I was the same at 16 weeks after have an early miscarriage at nearly 4 weeks. At this stage there isnt anything they can do about it if it does happen. Just relax and contact your Dr's to book into see the midwife and go from there, Im currently 33 weeks and realised i risked more harm by worrying early on.
I would not worry to much about miscarriage as the sad truth is if it happens there is nothing anyone including you can do to stop it, your chances of a perfectly healthy normal pregnancy is high and the worst thing you can do is put any stress on yourself worrying about it, I no its hard but try and relax and enjoy your growing miracle
Hello I too am 6 weeks. I have had 3 Miss carriages . All between 6-10 weeks so am trying not to think about it happening again.. sadly miss carriages happen and nothing no one can do about them can only support you through them .. xx
Hi There,
Try not to worry, miscarriage is common in very early pregnancy affecting around 1 in 4 pregnancies. But that is not a reason to make yourself anxious. Eat well and stay healthy and just try to enjoy your pregnancy. You are young and fit so I'm sure things will go well. Good luck.
Best Wishes
Jules
