I need help

I've recently had my first time and he didn't wear a condom, so I took the morning after pill yesterday, however today I am experiencing lower stomach pains and diarrhoea. so I would really like to know if I have anything to worry about

It would be too early to tell if things haven’t worked, but as you took it so quickly everything sounds ok. Sometimes the hormones can make you feel a little unwell. If you next period doesn’t come on time do a pregnancy test, or take a test 3 weeks after the emergency pill to check it has worked. Try not to worry.
