Trying to get pregnant

I came out my pill in may and haven't had a period since. I've had a scan and then things are okay with my ovaries. I'm Drs say I'm still ovulating but very time i use the clear blue ovulating kit it come up negative. They say the normal ovulating is 28day. But when I came off the pill I was 35day. I don't now what to done now. Do I got back to the drs to ask if they can if the check I am ovulating
