Can you get pregnant from fingering?

My partner fingered me while we both had our clothes on. We didn't have penetrative sex and I never saw him ejaculate. My period is a few days late and I'm worried I could be pregnant - what should I do?

If you had clothes on and no semen went inside you probably aren't pregnant

Hi There,

It sounds very unlikely you are pregnant, but you should go down to your local young person's sexual health clinic to chat through what happened, and talk to the nurses about future contraception, and possibly do a pregnancy test if they feel it's needed. Stress can also delay periods, so if you chat things through you may feel better. nhs.uk/Service-Search/Sexua... use this to find your local services.

Best Wishes
