how does one keep positive outlook when you like me with Bladder/bowel incontinence as result of spinal cord injury. am often housebound feel tied to the loo. when my body achy fatigue all over, iam bedbound. Now we got warm sunshine here i so wish i could get outdoor and powerchair up the valley footpaths.
