Whey protein give me digestive problems. I use collagen. While more expensive, collagen is thought to better for bones.

Hi, you should be able to get your daily protein from daily diet.

Particularly Poultry, seafood, lean meats, eggs canned tuna is high in protein.

For snacks nuts and seeds are good for snacking on , and if you have cereal for breakfast maybe you could try oats or eggs on alternate days.

My dietician tells me that protein is something they do not usually become concerned about as it is easy to obtain through diet.
