I will finish daily injections in September and have been advised that the next stage will be an injection every six months. Would anyone be able to tell me whether they have experienced side effects? Thank you

You should be offered a choice not just told what you’re getting. I guess the 6 monthly injection is denosumab (Prolia)? Search on here and you’ll find lots of information about it. I decided not to follow teriparatide with a bisphosphonate or denosumab and now I take Raloxifene. It’s your choice, and it should be an informed choice. The ROS have useful fact sheets though I feel they tend to downplay possible side effects - but also worth remembering people report problems so you don’t get to hear so much from those who are fine!
