I had my first and LAST shot on Feb 12th. My Calcium, Protein, Alt, and kidney levels have all dropped since I had the shot. I have side effects. Chills, tingling in hands, fee, tongue I have a white sore on my gum. I have loose stools black. Im a RNY patient of 22yrs. I feel so sick to my stomach over this. All I do is sit home and cry. I have a ph app Monday with my PCP to talk about my levels dropping. I have a app with my GYN on the 13th to tell her NO MORE SHOTS. Im calling an rheumatologist to see if they can help me get off it. Truthfully I feel like Im going to die Im so scared. Sorry for long post.

I had some of those symptoms with my one and only prolia shot! But have a number of friends who have the prolia with no problems!

oh I’m so sorry to hear this. Not all medication suits everyone. I’ve been on Prolia for three four years now and haven’t had a problem it doesn’t mean I won’t at some stage but I’m hoping I carry on as I am. The main thing is I haven’t had any fractures since 2020. Which is good for me. I had seven spinal fractures a fractured hand and a fractured foot before going on medication. My life has been ruined by the fractures I’ve got but at least I can still do a bit. Good luck on your journey I hope you can get it sorted. Listen to your Consultant they know best.

Im going to make an app with every Dr I can think of in hopes they know what I can do to stop prolia. Next dose in Aug. im not taking it

you need to get on to your Consultant as soon as possible. You can’t just stop Prolia or you will have rebound fractures. Maybe speak to the Drs first and if you get nowhere speak to a consultant. At the end of the day not all meds suit everybody. I know you thinknits a long time until August butbits surprising how quick it comes around. I’ve just had aProlia injection last week and am fine.
