I've looked up zometa and it's a bisphosphonate infusion, it appears to be what we call zoledronic acid in the UK. The 6-monthly injection is Prolia (denosumab) and if she's been offered that, you need to be aware that if she stops it at any point she needs to go straight onto a bisphosphonate to reduce the risk of rebound fractures.
