You are probably taking between 2g and 5g per day of creatine monohydrate.

It is definitely good for the bones. I know that from a Swiss professor at ETH that it is good for aging bones.

Our only problem is is it really safe for us with prostate cancer?

Creatine can increase DHT. That is the main reason why is it so effective for athletes.

DHT is a very potent androgen and could have negative effect. It is much more potent than a testosterone.

I would not risk it. I asked my MO and he was against using creatine. Therefore it is very risky for us with prostate cancer.

I also asked the same question as you and they're fine with creatine.

The problem is with our cancer and the production of DHT when using Creatine. My MO is against creatine on that ground. We know that creatine is good for the bones but DHT is bad for the prostate cancer. That's it.

It should help you with your bones according to one Swiss professor of the swiss national institute of technology. He recommended creatine monochydrate (CREAPURE) with the patented technology to produce the purest form of creation monochydrate produced in Germany.
