My 92-year-old father is on Reclast and just had his second annual injection. He has two infected teeth and needs extractions as well as new dentures which will include removing some of what has already been done.
I would appreciate any guidance as well as what your experiences have been in similar situations. Thanks!

That was my first thought when I read your post then I thought about it a bit more and I suppose it all depends on the 92 year old. I’ve seen some 100 year olds on TV recently and it’s very hard to believe they are the age they say they are. Then I see people who are younger than I am (71) and they look older than the 100 year olds so it depends on how fit and active the person is I imagine. If he has toothache from the infected teeth then his life will be pretty painful and if he needs new dentures to eat then I suppose that why they are doing it.
Sorry, I’ve just realised maybe you mean why are they giving him Reclast and yes, you have to wonder.
