I’m just about to do the opposite! Have been on Binosto for about 18 months now and have had a number of health issues. I really can’t be sure that Binosto is the cause as I am an existing fibromyalgia and asthma sufferer. During the past year I have had numerous consultant appointments and MRI scans etc for pain and dietician for IBS (never suffered from that before), respiratory consultation as breathing much worse and physio who diagnosed trachonteric pain syndrome. I used to exercise 4/5 times a week but since last October have trouble weight bearing and walk with a cane. At times I have struggled to get up and down stairs too. So I thought it worth a try to come off Binosto as I feel that I am not able to self-help my bones by exercise. My weight has increased dramatically which is probably a result of lack of mobility and has exacerbated my asthma and fibromyalgia. I am about to try Denosumab and have my first injection on 2nd July - although I am apprehensive as I haven’t been able to see a specialist at all regarding osteoporosis due to Covid-19. In summary I am really not sure that Binosto has caused these side effects. Can I ask why you came off Prolia? Sorry for the ramble.
Please be aware that if you start Denosumab and have to stop again, it's essential to go straight onto another medication (usually a bisphosphonate, which is what you've just stopped) to reduce the risk of rebound fractures!
