Elan organics Natural Progesterone Cream - anyone tell me if you use it without a break?

I've just got the natural progesterone cream for my op. I wrongly assumed because I had used natural progesterone when I was peri-menopause that it would have instructions and a measuring spoon. Looked on their website and I can't find any info on the usage for op. Can anyone help please.

Check with the vendor. If you bought it on line you may be out of luck. While I was looking a chat box came up on the website I was looking at.
