Had my blood test Tuesday and GP has just rung as my level is 23 so she's putting me on tablets for that and calcium if I remember correctly it's a high dose for 7 weeks, she did mention the names but I can't remember them, so I'll put a post up when I collect them and know what and when I'm taking

I suggest you join the Facebook page Vitamin D deficiency U.K. Open Discussion. Lots of very helpful stuff there and advice about not taking calcium if you’re taking high doses of vitamin D as that is so efficient at increasing your D levels by several 100%. You do need co factors as well, magnesium, vitamin k2 and boron.. all help with the absorption of calcium and keeping it in your bones. It’s complicated but worth getting your head around. GPs are not good at nutrition, unless you have one whose been specially trained.

Sorry typo above.. the vit D is efficient at increasing your CALCIUM levels ( not vit D).
