ADDING TO THE VITAMIN D.

Tomorrow we are off for some quality time with our Daughter, grandson and grandaughter.

Travelling for me now gives me no pleasure, but I have to say the special Assistance given at the airports is excellent.

Plenty of sun and a change of surroundings are a big bonus when one is feeling pretty rotten.

The Nausea I am experiencing from the Prolia is terrible, I did experience Nausea for the whole 2 years I was on Forsteo, it was like morning sickness all day long and this is the same with the Prolia.

I am hoping as with the Forsteo this is going to end when the six months is up.

Supposedly the sun we get in the summer months is enough to take us through the winter so I should already have plenty stored up and going to keep adding to it whilst I can!!!

Going to try to put treatments and where I'm going next far out of my mind, got the whole of August to find that out.

One of the things I'm looking forward to is feeling a little more normal, (something that I don't feel now I'm in the wheelchair( but with the help of a good councillor I'm working towards it) after all when I'm laid on my back which is my most comfortable position the majority of holidaymakers are going to be doing just that besides me!!!!

Have a lovely time with your family in the sun. It sounds like just the tonic you need.

Do hope you enjoy your holiday with family and soaking up sunshine and vit D. I always feel the benefits of some warmth. May the energy of other holidaymakers lift your spirits and well being.

Have you tried ginger tea for the nausea. It helps my daughter who takes chemo meds every day. Have a lovely holiday. All that sun should do you good ☀️☀️
