hi all, I have HCC I had immunotherapy with no luck. I just finished a drug trial for 2 months with no good results. I have already had a resection and been out on the list for transplant. Nothing has helped. I am looking at the possibility of oral medicine. Has anyone had any good results from oral medicine?

Hey Iggy08713287 I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't had much luck with past treatment options. I'm sending you good thoughts and hope that oral medicine will help💙🙏

Hello,

1) Have you a gotten a second opinion? 2) Are you still eligible for a transplant? Why or why not? 3) Have you researched clincial trials using this page: bluefaery.org/clinical-trials

Hi, yes, got second and third opinions. Had a resection initially in May of 2021. Was evaluated for transplant but my cancer became too aggressive. Had a second surgery. Just finished being in a clinical trial last week. Did not work. Have had immunotherapy for 10 rounds. Nothing has slowed the progression. They are now talking about another oral medicine. Liverno? Bad spelling. I have about had it and don’t know where to turn next .

Hello Iggy,

Then I recommend using Travera's free offer to get your tissue evaluated to see what meds work best for your specific genetic makeup. Also, keep looking at clinical trials. There are many new trials, especially in HCC. Phase 1 and 2 trials often have higher risks but higher rewards.
