Luckily I currently don't have any pain right now. But riding in a car on a (Not well paved road) is extremely painful. I can feel the inflammation being created and ultimately have to get out.
Does anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

We live out in the country and some terrible roads. Jimmy borrowed an idea from me. After my hysterectomy, I had same issue. I'd sit on a pillow and put a pillow in front so I could kind of cushion the bouncing. Jimmy took it a step further and would make sure there was small pillow to put behind his back and in front and sat on one. He said it was like his personal shock absorbers. 😂. Of course we'd also try to go as slow as possible over rough areas. Hope it helps you. Sharon
