I have just found out that the liver cancer that has spread to my lungs is terminal and that the only thing I can do is have immunotherapy in the meantime. The doctor said I have between 2 to 5 years. I am only 31 and absolutely devastated, I was wanting to start a family but the doctor said I won’t live to see them grow up.
Anyway I just wanted to know if anyone else has liver cancer and if it has spread to their lungs? And if they have found anything that has helped them or had anyone had immunotherapy that has shrunk there tumours/nodules in there lungs? I am looking for a doctor for a second opinion or if there is anything else I can do as I am actually heartbroken anyway sorry for this long sad post but just wanted to speak to anyone who is going through something similar

Valentina, I am so sorry you have to go through this. Get that second opinion and don’t give up. New treatments are being developed all over the world. I hope you live the life you want to live without unnecessary fear. You got this!
Thank you so much for your kind words, that’s the only thing getting me through day by day that there might be some miracle trial or new research that provides a cure. I’m looking for alternative remedies too even mediation anything
So sorry that you're going through this. Like others have said, new treatments and new drugs are being developed all the time. Don't give up and certainly seek a second opinion. Sending prayers and love your way. Hoping you get to fulfill your dream of having a family. Don't give up!Sharon ❤️
Yes see the people that did the procedure. Interventional Radiologists know best. I know that life is not fair. I served in Vietnam and many of my friends never made it past age 20. I know many of us will not have the best results. This Monster we fight everyday is a vicious bastard. All we can do is do our best. Age and time are always factors. I joke with my Wife that I will b given a total clean bill of health four years form now and on the way get run over by a dump truck. If I learned anything from Vietnam it is that all we are and all our plans are in the hands of the Father, it is his call when we go to meet him. I wish you the best that you can have and hope for the miracles that do happen. But yeah 31 is just not supposed to be it, Live each day in glorious victory that today is not the day. God Bless you and may the Grace of god be with you, Amen.
Thank you for your kind message, I do believe that miracles can happen, although rare but even if it’s 1 percent it can happen for some people which is hopeful. I recently saw in New York a clinical trial was done for 18 patients with rectal cancer and all 18 were cured of cancer which is unheard of in he history of clinical trials that 100 percent of the patients tested were cured. So it gives me hope and I pray everyday that some clinical trial will be made for liver cancer anytime soon that may work. Everyone has said to me that although the doctors have said the time left you have it’s up to god only he knows when so I like to think I might have more time. I am trying my best to be very positive and to pray ofcourse and change my lifestyle and just constantly doing research as there’s nothing else I can do. I hope you are doing well and that your heath is good. Thank your for your kind message it really helped X
I think to MRNA is going to be the cure for a lot of things. It is made to identify the strand of DNA that replicates the cancer cell and nips it so it cannot reproduce. I think we are alive at this time when Cancer is going to be cured by MRNA injection.
I mean that would be ideal hopefully it can work for liver cancer and they create something while I’m still here that would be amazing for so many people. I think the people in that trial must be so happy and completely shocked, it’s incredible! Fingers crossed they create something for everyone 🤞🏻
