Blue Faery is seeking a volunteer to work our conference booth at the annual AASLD Liver Meeting in Washington DC from Friday, November 4 to Monday, November 7.

Learn more about the meeting here: aasld.org/the-liver-meeting

You must be outgoing, energetic, and willing to speak to anyone who comes by the booth. You must be fully vaccinated to attend this event.

This position allows you to work directly with Blue Faery's president and founder, Andrea Wilson. You would also learn about the latest research in liver disease and liver cancer.

PROS

✅ Free access to the largest conference focused on liver disease and liver cancer in the US

✅ Opportunity to meet people who devote their careers to improving the lives of people with liver disease and liver cancer

✅ Work side by side with Blue Faery Founder Andrea Wilson as she will be at the booth too

✅ All travel including airfare, transportation, and lodging is paid for by Blue Faery

✅ You receive a daily cash per diem to cover other incidental expenses

✅ There are many opportunities to network including seminars, meetings, and parties

CONS

✅ You will work hard. Really hard. While Friday is only about three hours (includes set-up time), Sat, Sun, and Mon are five hours each.

✅ You will be expected to stand most of the time.

✅ You are not allowed to play on your phone at the booth (though dancing to music is encouraged!)

✅ You will be exposed to lots of people including international attendees. NOT recommended if your immune system is compromised in any way.

Still interested? Please email Andrea immediately as we have to make a decision right away about keeping the booth or not doing it at all. Thank you!
