I just wanted to let everyone know that even though I did not post much I read everything that the community writes. My sister passed away with liver cancer on October 16, 2021. It was a three year battle. Most days were really good. She was still attending church. Made to a few football and basketball games which honored her for surviving breast cancer. The last week of her life was hard because that is when she stopped talking and eating. But we got her any type of food she asked for. She even requested some cotton candy. It has been very hard. In March 2021 the doctors said there was nothing more to be done so she started hospice. We had a very good experience with our hospice workers and just wanted to let everyone know it is a hard road but I believe our strong family helped us make it on this journey. Thanks for listening.

My wife of thirty years passed away in 2018. She always talked about her faith and that her last breath here will be followed by her first breath in Heaven. She kept a picture of this painting with her. I hope it brings some measure of comfort for you as it is for me now. God Bless
