I am writing for my mom , currently she is taking treatment for chronic liver disease and portal vein thrombosis . All blood reports like LFT, AFP tests are normal. In last CT Scan , we found a liver lesion measuring 1.4x1.1 cm and the impression is LIRADS 3 p/o Dysplastic Nodule, Suggested for follow-up imaging. We are planning to take a MRI scan by next month.
Also in between we took the PIVKA II marker test, results are attached here.
Is there anything to worry or anyone faced the same situation, please help me with your thoughts

I'm not a doctor; my only experience is with my husband's blood tests over the years. Your mom's don't look very alarming to me - AST and ALT are slightly elevated, which is common with liver disease. Her AFP (tumor marker) is normal (my husband's was as high as 3700 before he began treatment, for reference) and the other numbers are not that far out of their reference ranges.
I know that waiting and uncertainty are often harder than dealing with a definite diagnosis; It's very difficult. Sending many good thoughts for your mom's scan next month!
