Hello Samacman,

I'm concerned about where your pain is located. Right shoulder pain is common in advanced HCC (my sister had it). Also lower back pain may be an indication that your spleen is enlarged (not uncommon in HCC). Have you discussed the pain with your doctor? Are you seeing an MD who specializes in HCC? Like a GI oncologist or hepatologist?

Hi, I don't have any experience with Keytruda. My husband didn't take that medication. I hope you reached out to Andrea as she is very knowledgeable and that you also talk with your doctor about your pain. I wish you the best. ~Cathy
