I haven’t but think that I will also be referred as medication number 4 is just not budging beyond about 145/90 I’ve dieted exercised to the hilt. Some ppl are just lucky if their bp is under control not everyone is as lucky are they?
I totally understand it’s not so cut & dry some ppl think it’s as simple as pop a pill sorted….We wish I wish you luck too .Let me know how you get on x
Some extra things to check (blood tests) which helped me a bit. Check your adrenals are working well. Nutrition wise might be a bit different to "diet/weight". - I would get B12 and Iron. Strange as it may seem, these can affect blood pressure a great deal, as can salt and sugar intake (even if you're slim). Good luck to you Bobby.
Thanks Nico and apologies for late reply your post somehow got lost ! Anyway this is very useful info which is new to me so I will definitely follow it up. Thanks again and all the best to you.
Hi Nico I was on BP meds and along with the medication I started to use supplements I was taking B-Complex 50, vitiam D3, beetroot juice Omega 3 and garlic and my experience was I had to stop all supplements as they made me feel worse for me it was one or the other either supplements or meds but not both I prefer to go down the supplement root along with sensible eating so I have stopped my BP Meds completely after weaning myself off them 3 day have passed and BP is staying down not contradicting any thing you have said as we are all different especially when it comes to BP just sharing my experience as you can overdose on vitiams espicially B6 and you need to check for interactions between your BP Meds and certain supplements I found out the hard way
