ex smoker. have high bp take 2 meds. have a heart murmur and mild aortic stenosis. does anyones ears hiss after decaf coffee i dont normally drink and waking up in morning . now given statins good cholerestrol goid, bad slightly raised ..also prediabetic cos ate a lot cakes biscuits tarts before xmas and over xmas... all high fat ans sugar.
