Help please about microvascular angina
I am now taking
ranolazine
which initially made an amazing difference eliminating most of the pain and breathlessness and I felt incredibly well for a couple of months.

Ranolazine shortage?
My local chemist told me today that they're struggling to get hold of
Ranolazine
. He didn't say why. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know why there might be an issue?

MVA and Spasms
I am taking Tildiem and
Ranolazine
, one side effect of both tablets is constipation which is another problem I could do without. Is anyone else on these two medications and how are you getting on with them. I am wondering if there is another combination that would work better for me.

Ablation question
Difference this time I’m on cpap and
ranolazine
so maybe that’s why it lasted slightly longer also weight loss healthy eating exercise etc. Feel so annoyed with myself I just went for a slow 20 min walk nothing strenuous came back and it had reverted back to AF.

Can anyone advise Micro vascular angina
I went back to my doctor and after consulting with the cardiologist, they put me on
ranolazine
. I’ve actually just stopped taking it, as my headaches are awful and I have a terrible ringing in my ears! Does anyone have experience of micro vascular angina, and if so what are you taking please?

Stent not relieving angina symptoms - so far
I was put onto aspirin, statin, bisoprolol and
ranolazine
and they seemed to greatly reduce the problem. I had a heart scan which detected a significant blockage in my LAD. So
last week
I got a stent and stopped taking the
ranolazine
as advised.

Advice on chest pains pls.
In July I was prescribed
Ranolazine
375mg by a cardiologist. It was helping and was increased to 500mg twice a day. It was stopped by another cardiologist because he says that it masks the symptoms of a heart attack and any problems you might have with your heart.

Ranolazine - time to have full effect
The cardiologist has put me on
Ranolazine
(375mg twice a day) to try to combat the pain I am still getting, and there is no doubt that this has helped significantly. And the improvement has continued now for four/five weeks - gradually getting better over time.

Advice Pls…
The hospital cardiologist prescribed
ranolazine
375mg to take twice a day. 3 days on it’s not made any difference yet. I appreciate I may need to give it some time. Do any of you experience chest pains and numbness in the left arm? What have you been advised? What medication helps?
