Anyone had this before if so how did it make you feel other than dizzy? I’ve been diagnosed with it today but my head feels like it’s full of pressure or being crushed 😫😫😫

Hi Charlottexo - yes, dizzy. Nauseous. Vomiting. It wore off after about ten to fourteen days. There isn't a cure, but doc should prescribe something for the dizzy feeling which takes the worst of the symptoms away.Search "Vestibular Rehabilitation Exercises" for the head, eyes and neck exercises which should also have been prescribed to you. Only do the ones where you use your head and eyes - this trains your brain to believe what your eyes are telling it and not what your ears are telling it.
