do your bp get higher when you have your period cause mines be so high, and I got through so many other symptoms just crazy I have headaches and heart palpation. My bp is always high around that time, and joint pain.

Well, lovely (lovely name!) I didn’t start getting higher BP readings until after the menopause so I can’t help you on that particularly. But you say you’re asking for help - there are lots of people on this forum who might be able to help if you say specifically what your issues are, and we can do our best for you.

Heart palpitations? Have you had an ECG done? Are you on medications that can cause side effects?
