According to these results is this considered a hypertension and what can i do to reverse this condition, i found out that hypertension is a condition that can’t be cured which even make me feel worried.

Well Victorr457 I’m surprised anyone thinks that 120/99 is high, even for a twenty year old leave alone someone of your age.
Regardless of this, however, I’d suggest you have a good read of Blood Pressure Uk’s website. Increase your exercise as suggested by the doctor, have a further chat with your GP In a few weeks time, to make sure that everything has settled.
Hi Victor. I really don't consider that as a high reading but I am not a GP. As Happyrosie has said, increase your exercise as advised by your GP and take it from there. Good luck.
After a few weeks on BP meds now my doctor was aiming to get me down to 120, I’m 47, but I am exercising more, trying to get in two walks a day on average.
