Simple Tip for lowering your readings

Relax. Not so easy I know. Breathe using only your tummy. Forget your chest and lungs , just breathe deeply by pushing out your tummy.

Take a deep breath by pushing your tummy out as far as it will go.

Then breathe out focusing on your tummy. Keep doing it and after a few breaths you'll find you're so much more relaxed.

It's HYPOTENSION. Relieve the TENSION by learning to relax. It's high blood pressure. Relieve the PRESSURE by learning to relax.

Check in with yourself regularly. Am I breathing in my upper chest? If so consciously breathe into your tummy. Drop your shoulders. Relax your face.

So simple. I'm kicking myself that this is enough to lower my home readings from 160 to 120 just by doing this.

Let me know how you get on!
