Hi

I have been taking 10mg Lercanidipine for eight years now and today I have taken an extra dose by mistake. I took the second dose five hours after the first.

I meant to take my antidepressant but took the BP table instead.

I know 20mg Lercanidipine are prescribed as it says in the leaflet, but I am worried that I have accidently taken the extra tablet.

My BP is 141/81 and pulse 75

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi Lucylocks, if only I could have your BP instead of mine!!! I don't think personally it would hurt taking the odd extra dose, but wouldn't make a habit of it. Just carry on as usual I would say.
