I can email you a questionnaire about your blood pressure history. If you are female between 18 and 55 and are hypertensive you may qualify to be given a Baumanmometer and cuff in order to track your blood pressure daily.

Do you know how to manually take a blood pressure?

Yes I do. I have had high BP since pre eclampsia with my 3 children. On meds throughout all 3 pregnancies and permanently for the last 7 years. My youngest is 11. I am 50.
