I was given this drug for my Blood pressure 14mths ago by the Hospital with no ill effects, November last year it was altered to ones that included Lactose. Unfortunately I have been Lactose intolerant for over 25 yrs, and within days my legs were like balloons and I was very unwell. For the last 4 mths, I have been given the run around by my Dr. and the Pharmicists, each one saying there is Lactose in ALL the medications. I then said so WHY did that lot not bother me until it was altered. I have been informed that IF I can get the Brand name the Dr. will prescribe them for me. No joy still.

WW, if the brand name you want is TEVA, it is completely out of stock in all pharmacies in my area. My pharmacist had been enquiring about it and been told the earliest it will be back in stock is some time in April. No reason given for its disappearance except Brexit! Odd considering Brexit hasn’t happened yet. Meanwhile, I have been given a different brand and crossing my fingers as my body rebels on nearly all of them! Good luck!
