Blood Pressure reading

My reading had changed again this week .Last week was 160/90 .This week 169/80 has anyone had this happen .I had today's taken at my pharmacy.I find talking to others on here is reassuring and I have changed my diet as people have been kind to share was is of benefit to them

Your BP is not a constant figure and it is normal for it to fluctuate.

Hi Scrit - Are you on blood pressure medication? It looks to me like you are a bit too high, but your doc would be the one to make any kind of determination. My B/P goes up and down all of the time - based on when I took my medication, how much sitting I've been doing compared to how much exercise I've been getting, etc. I would give the doc a call to see if they have any concerns with your readings...

He is concerned and I am regular readings now and also medication too.I am walking more and also on a healthier diet too,very grateful for the support on here.Thank you so much
