Hi whatnext2018.. I agree that is pretty high. That sucks that it is high when you are relaxed... Are you on B/P medication?

Yes i am on meds. They keep my heart rate low but bp bypasses that and still goes up
I had the same with mine too 200/108! Am now 157/100 it’s down & they upped my meds ....still not great though 🙄
