Hey guys I’m new here so 2 weeks my blood pressure was 160/100 and I went to the hospital to be on the safe side. So I’m already on 10mg bysoltic for 2 years now and which I don’t why my pressure with up. So when I went to see my primary doctor he told I’m not going to give more medication because your young and need to go on a diet and workout. So I change my lifestyle I haven’t eaten any junk or salt for a week n half, been drinking a gallon of water everyday and I drink this beet juice also. Every morning I walk or jog for an hour. Maybe you guys know does it take a little while for the pressure to go down because I just started changing this lifestyle? My bp is between 130 or 150 and bottom numbers between 85-95. So I will need some help with this I’m trying hard to lower every time I check it’s high and scares the crap of me. I’m a young and don’t want any problems. Thank you everyone for your support 😃

hi vitonyc my blood pressur was 185 over 101 yesterday thats the highest iv seen it. im waiting to see the docotr next tuesday probably to start medication for high blood pressure. mine has been high for at least the last two years as i was in hosptal a lot and had it taken every day and it was like 170/84 and no one said a thing, i think walking and exercise is a good thing to do as i went walking for a few days and took my blood pressure it was 130/70 i was shocked and thought the reading was wrong so took it again and it was still low. so it doesnt take long to lower your blood pressure but we have to keep it up and iv not done that. also since i started chewing nicotine gum thats when it does up high again, i have never taken salt as far back as i can remember and my cholesterol was 5 i think as the docor said it was good, if you have to take salt then buy some himalayan pink salt rock. as the salt we buy from the supermarket is pure sodium, iv tried so many things like beetroot juice and not one you buy from the supermarket as thats junk food its processed, have a look on utube about himalay salt compared to table salt or google it its not expensive to buy i got mine out of tk maxx or lakeland for my friends i have tried it and think to myself i better not start taking this but if you have to have salt change to this, iv been reading about hibiscus tea and that is seemingly good for high blood pressure for bringing it down my boyfriend is bringing me some over today.to cut a long story short i have to say in my opinion the best thing to bring blood pressure down is exercise i mean going for a good march and getting your self a sweat. it will come down within a few days. do you have a blood pressure monitor in the house? they are not expensive and its a good thing to have. i'v taken so many people's blood pressure and many of them have had high blood pressure so my friend in also going to her nurse now to have her blood pressure checked and her blood pressure was as high as mine. try not to worry as this only makes your blood pressure worse, go for a walk every day and im sure you will see results also try not to eat prossesed foods its not easy but those microvae meals are poison and so are all the low fat foods as they have been chemically treated. wishing you all the very best. love grace xoxo

Grace you’re an angel thank you so much!! I’m doing my best to bring it down and I did order that tea waiting for it to come in. I thought mine was high but a lot people saying it’s not that high it’s border line. And also a lot of people say it takes a little for it to fully go down back to normal. But i definitely changed my lifestyle to a healthy one and not looking back any more I was at 275 lbs now I’m 263 I drink a gallon of water everyday and excise I don’t cook with salt anymore only spices. But will see what happens and I wish you luck also!! You could definitely get it down. Xoxo

hi yes you did mention bysoltic are there any side effects to it. its great to hear that your doing your best vitonyc as thats really all you can do. keep doing your best its wonderful that you have lost 12 my goodness thats nearly a stone!! I think the exercise and the diet is the number 1 thing to get and keep your blood pressure down. there are lots of good foods that you can buy that keep your heart healthy like salmon, not the one fro the supermarket as thats farmed and fed all sorts of rubbish you want to get alaskan salmon from the fishmonger and also flax seeds they are also great you can put them on cereal or just dring a spoonful with a glass of water, keep well hydrated with flax seeds to, they are full of omega 3 all the good things that help your heart will also help your blood pressure. i dont know if you get panic attacks or suffer from stress or worry but there are many video on utube that you can listen to that are really helpfull for relaxation and stress relief but iv iv mention the number one thing is diet and exercise. there are other parts of the forum you might like to join like the healthy eating and there are other parts to that give you lots of great advice for your health. i'v learned so much since i came here, i use herbs too, i love basil and i eat avacados they'r great to for your heart and contain good fats as the body needs good fat. I think avacados are tasteless to i sprikle on lots of different spices like turmeric and corriander and spicy paprika. i alo eat brown bread and mashed banana with cinnamon mashed into it its so tasty thats my sweet treat which is healthy. im going to get a link for you about cinnamon as you have to get the correct one and not the one out of the supermarkets as thats cassia and has something in it that if you take to much of it can cause liver damage. livestrong.com/article/5165...

all the best keep in touch love grace xoxoxo
