Omiron monitor bought. I’ll need a bit of iron will to stick with the exercise/weight plan, so maybe predictive text wasn’t so wrong after all!

When you next have a dr/nurse appt take it with you, use yours and theirs to make sure that they have similar readings, then you will know that your own testing will be accurate.
