lay down and rest or ring the GP. I had them recently and got a drink and laid down, i then went sleep and all was well. I rang the GP and that was they said to do. Depending on why you were dizzy you could ring for an ambulance and let a paramedic see you.

Chris

I had dizzy spells when I stood up too quickly or first thing in the morning when I got up. I had to sit and wait for it to pass, but having a few sips of water helped.

I spoke to my doctor about it and my blood pressure was checked as it was a bit low they reduced my tablets.

I agree with fastball about getting it checked out by your GP.
