Hello all just diagnosed with this problem in march to add to my others got a bit down not depressed just deflated. We don't expect it to happen to us for some illogical reason so I got stressed worrying and feeling helpless! Settled now I have good Drs and seen a fitness rehab expert. Luckily and joyfully I may still fix this myself with a little self discipline. Beta blocker bisoprolol added to my cocktail not bad once initial reaction overcome and now a fitness regime expansion something I have always fortunately enjoyed! The positive factor is not being totally dependent on the drugs and having the power to rebuild myself. Life is even with a few problems still wonderful!

Hi Philsy, you sound like a very positive person, which is good no matter what ails you. You mentioned having a fitness rehab expert, what has he recommended for you? Before my anxiety kick in hard, I was working out everyday in aquatics. It's great for any age, any physical condition. I had never felt so good both mentally and physically. My doctor totally back me up with the decision. Even my own cardiologist would work out at the same fitness center which made me feel more secure. I wish you well..
Thanks Agora1 I try to be positive life is wonderful. Luckily no pain just a bit of running out of gas on hills or big effort a shock never had trouble before but i'm working on it. She (the trainer) recommends exercise bike and treadmill CV followed by rower lightly. Going to get bike for home I have a stepper nothing fancy just timer but in house so no way out of it! General exercise light weights abs floor exercise at home and walking plus go to the gym three days a week should be fun if tough at first and stuff I did before anyway. Beats sitting hoping the pills will do it all! Are you making any headway?
