Like you I looked for this change for the good. I have managed to lose 6KG but only by dropping my calories to 800-900 a day for as long as I can and then return to normal of 1200 until I can face another purge. They are staying off and when I have lost all the excess weight that I need to lose then I will return to 1200 a day and monitor so I NEVER again get like this. By the way I looked for 15years before accepting that it was the amounts that I ate that was causing the problem and not lack of exercise, willpower or needing so many calories to live. It was what I needed that was the baseline. I am Cali111
