Hi Lilian, GTN spray is used in the treatment of angina. Pete has it and if needs be sprays it under his tongue. Hope that helps. Xxxx

Thank you Sassy, I don't have heart problems so it wouldn't refer to me. I hope you and Pete are enjoying the weather!! Lilian xxxxxx

No Lilian, it's raining! At least it's a bit cooler now. Take care xxxxx😀

GTN , glyceryl trinitrate is for angina ,ask your doctor why you,ve got it if you don,t have heart problems ?

Thank you, I think what they meant was if I have the gtn to bring it along. Lilian xxxxx

Are you sure it does not represent gin and tonic?

(For after the exercises, of course ;) )

That was my first thought Mrs. M, but thought I had better ask on our forum first, didn't want to arrive with inhaler and gin and tonic, if that's not what they meant. Lilian xxxxxx
