Are you in reciept of ESA or something similar as it sounds like an automated DWP payment?You could always ask your bank and they would advise.

GB = Great Britain CPS= Central Payment System. FP= Fast Payment. ACC 3= is the DWP/Government account it came out of. DWP JSA BGC ESA don't have their own special payment system so they use the JSA payment system for any payments that are not normal fortnightly ESA payments.
