I had a green sputum sample sent off for testing and came back I have a virile chest infection Been on 3 different antibiotics and steroids for the last 3 days. I still feel so ill and coughing up dirty stuff. Hope someone can give me some advice. I have to go for chest Xray tomorrow Monday Would appreciate any advice. I am a usually very active 69 yr old lady Thanks.

That definitely sounds like a chest infection. Do you have a diagnosis of a lung disease?
Hope you feel a lot better soon. Difficult to give any advice until you get the x-ray results.
