Urinary problem

hello, I'm 41 and since the of may I had some problem. It was really hard for me to urinate, sometimes I just do some drop of urine and nothing more. Also the urine smell quite bad also the sperm smell is not good. Doctor think it may be a prostatitis so they gave me levofloxacine, it isn't the first time I had this thing , I was diagnosed with a very light sclerosis of the bladder neck with cystoscopy. This thing come also with burning sensation inside the urethra especially at the tip of the penis and pain in the scrutum. With levofloxacin the symptoms get better a bit but I still have to force myself to pee. During ejaculation I also see a fluid come out but it was very transparent, not yellow or green like in gonorrea . It has no color. Now let's say that that burning feeling almost went away. What remains is pain to the left flank and abdomen and pain in the scrotum but my urine flow is still not good. Also the very bad urine smell went away at least it looks like. The thing that worries me the most is this pain at the left flank , but also to the scrotum the left flank pain is not always there it switch with lower left side but also at the center of the abdomen.I also take urorec and tamsulosin(sidolosin). I also feel growling in the stomach and it looks likes my abdomen is inflated. The situation get better when I pee. I need to do some urine test tomorrow and urino culture plus spermiocultures I also want to check for STI like gonorrhea and so on

Urologist also talk about kidneys stone or sand inside the kidneys but I'm waiting to so the TC scan. I also take supplements I hope just I didn't do something wrong with them(among them there is also saw palmetto). The prostate to the touch doctor said looks quite inflamed and little bit more bigger but wasn't worried about that. Does anyone had this symptoms ever? Or can guide me to what to do ?
