removable pessary

I am in the process of trying ring pessaries at the moment no success yet . I wondered if anyone has used the pessaries which look like tampons that I’ve seen on the Kegal website

Can anyone help with this ?

Hi no I’ve bought some contam pessaries they are like tampons still trying to work out what size !!! Will look for the sea sponge ones I had never heard of them

Check out - pureSponges.co.uk they seem to be decent quality & cost. Iv found its very much trial & effort..... & more so perseverance, getting comfortable & relaxed. looking at your position when your inserting them....maybe cutting them down a little, etc..etc.

Thank you I’m willing to try anything . If you use the sponges do you use vaginal moisturiser on them and are they easy to take out as I get a bit panicky with the pessaries in case I can’t find the string !!! Daft really as I used tampons for years when I was younger

I put a wee bit estridol cream on me before, they have thread on, i have lost it once or twice but cause its sponge (soft & squidgy) its very easily retreived with fingers, they def worth a go. 🤞
