I have just started this anti biotic for recurrent uti symptoms. Anyone had this before? Will it cure me lol

I've been symptom free now for 69 weeks using Hiprex. It's not an antibiotic in the strictest sense. It slightly acidifies the urine and the bugs just don't seem to like it! I'd avoid antibs if you can for obvious reasons! Lol
